Welcome back...

Hi, So you know, sometimes you have trouble with a project and you keep putting off getting back to it and next thing you know it's 4 years later...

I finished New Vegas pretty quickly - much faster than I could write it at any rate. And the next game too. I was having so much trouble with blogger. In fact pretty much none of the photos I was using show up anymore. The ones that were links are understandable, but the ones I saved are another thing. I couldn't get the text to stay in place even when writing and without the pictures, I just kind of gave up. I don't know if its a compatibility issue or what...

Anyway, I decided that I want to try again. I'm not sure on the best option as I don't really want to pay a web hosting fee yet. Probably I will have to try out uploading more images and videos and seeing how it goes. The non image links still seem fine. It will also be my second playthrough and I intend to add the DLC too.

I could play other games but really this was the one I had the most interest in deconstructing.

I've changed a lot since I made those posts and so has the internet. I am planning on getting a capture card so that I can record/Livestream myself playing. That way all the screenshots will be my own and I can include short videos. I don't plan to edit them into real episodes as I get so fed up with myself when I'm on video that I'd never get anywhere. It would be voice over only and I'd still want to type up my script as a blog rather than speak it. The downside of that is that im on an Xbox 360 for this game and don't have a desktop computer or a PC so it's a bit complex to set up myself. Because I dont know how consistent I will be I'm also not planning to buy a good microphone for now either. I'm not someone who naturally talks out loud or has reactions when I'm watching/playing something, so that'll take practice and I mostly want the footage.

I'm not really sure if anybody is still following this at all. I'm not good with tagging things like this. But i had a sudden moment of motivation and thought writing this is one step closer to actually doing something.

Now to study and read up again on the decisions I'll be making and the paths that they'll lead to! Maybe Sunny Smiles will live this time...
